Brent Rehabilitation Service (BRS)

The BRS is based at Willesden Centre for Health and Care and provides a service to patients resident in Brent or registered with a Brent GP needing multi-disciplinary input in their homes. The community teams work to facilitate discharge from hospital and to prevent hospital admission, as well as providing goal-based rehabilitation. The centre also has a 12 bed inpatient Ward.
